Complete execution of internal cement plaster to walls, columns, beams, ceilings, soffits, and other internal surfaces, including surface preparation, hacking where required, application of plaster to the specified thickness, formation of grooves, corners, edges, jambs, and reveals, smooth finishing, curing, and all incidental activities necessary for a uniform and defect-free finish in accordance with the approved specifications and architectural requirements.

Complete execution of RCC columns, plinth beams, and plinth slab up to the finished plinth level, including reinforcement cutting, bending, tying and fixing, provision of cover blocks, erection, alignment, and dismantling of formwork, concrete placement, vibration, finishing, curing, installation of embedded items where required, and all incidental activities necessary for the satisfactory completion of the work in accordance with the approved structural drawings, technical specifications, relevant IS Codes, and the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
